The 4K HDMI KVM Optical Extender CMV-20 is specially designed to extend your video and USB keyboard/mouse transmission up to 10km (6.25miles) over single mode fiber optic cables in Ultra-HD 4K2K@60 format from point to point. Administrators from a remote location can easily access, control, and monitor Ultra-HD sources, such as PCs, servers or other KVM consoles.
Moreover, CMV-20 transmitter supports HDMI loop-out signals, as well as Local Console operations with optional On-Screen Display (OSD) presentation for Black Screen Mode or View Only Mode at the remote side. It also has LED indicators, reset button and audio extraction from HDMI signals at both transmitter and receiver.
If necessary, CMV-20 can also provide RS-232 pass-through path and operate firmware version check or firmware upgrade locally.
